One important thing to remember when considering roof replacement is that over 60% of your roofing cost goes into labor. So in most cases, it makes sense to install the higher grade material. For example, on all of the roofs we install, we use an under-layment called Triflex. It may add $100 to the quote, but it is a far better product than the standard 15# felt. It all relates to getting the best value for your dollar.
